There was a guy would particularity stood out in my mind. We will call him Roy.  Roy didn&#8217;t stand out to me because we lived in the same state and  or because he was a higher rank than me.  I remembered him because of what he said. </span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">He spoke of his first encounter with the “company” ( the mlm we were in)  At first it was the usually thing, Roy&#8217;s  neighbor came to him about an opportunity. He turned the neighbor down.  Later Roy decided to join the opportunity. (But the neighbor had decided to quit) </span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">Here is where it get interesting&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.  Still having a desire to join the company Roy. So Roy thought  if I am going to join this company I am going to find a top leader in it. So he  went online and did a search for that company. </span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">What popped up in the search engines was a guy named Jeff who was a rep for the mlm Roy was searching.   Now this is the important part it wasn&#8217;t a replicated site that Roy found.  (google hates thoose)   It was Jeff&#8217;s personal website that had the company information on it. </span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">Roy was attracted to Fred and completed to join him because he thought he was a leader within the mlm company he was searching. Why?  Because Fred had positioned himself as a leader. </span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">
<p style="font-style: normal;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>So now your thinking, how I can position myself as a leader?</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">Well I only know two ways. Your Posture and Providing value. </span></p>

<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: medium;">This 	one isn&#8217;t hard to pull off it you have the income to back it. But if 	you don&#8217;t you have to play the fake it til you make it game. </span></p>

<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Providing 	Value  ( Solving problems, through a  product,  newsletter or blog) 	teaching people tips, trick and techniques. Giving more than you 	take. </span></p>

<p style="font-style: normal;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>The transition into an expert/leader </strong></span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal;">
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">You are automatically viewed as a person in the knowing when you provide helpful information to your target market. </span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">People become attracted to you when they see you have more knowledge on a subject than they do.  Your prospects start to view you as a expert in that field because they learned something from you. </span></p>

<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">Note: being viewed as an expert can be taken away from you as fast as it was given, if you lead people astray and lie about your knowledge. </span></p>

<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">I would be exposed as a fraud, if I had a guide on how to fly an airplane and I have never flown one before.</span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">Warning don&#8217;t go off and give value when you don&#8217;t have any idea what your talking about.  Do what it takes to learn about your niche market. (subject)  educate yourself.  I don&#8217;t want a doctor operating on me if he hasn&#8217;t gone to school for it. </span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">So read the books, go to the workshops, seminars, do your research. </span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">Remember this is your business no one else is responsible for your success. </span></p>

Everyone knows the name  of Brad Pitt, Jim Carey and even Julia Roberts.  I didn&#8217;t have to say they were movie Stars because you knew who they were just by the name.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s the trick all the Top income earners use.  Just like M&amp;M&#8217;s are a brand of Candy,  Movie Star&#8217;s Names, are a brand.  You need to Brand yourself as a leader.  So when you talk to your prospect they are so excited to talk to you they can&#8217;t believe you called them.  By branding yourself you are able to build a relationship with your leads and prospects before you even talk to them.</p>
<p>When you buy a cold lead you have no relationship with that person at all until you call them. Then even when you call them who&#8217;s to say you can break down their guarded wall, to even get close enough to build  a relationship with them.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Through Branding yourself your prospects or leads see you as the expert. In essence You are the Network Marketing Movie Star , you become the Julia Roberts or Jim Carey and your leads are desperate  to meet you and talk to you.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">They don&#8217;t cold call, I will tell you that much.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">6 years ago  before I got into Network Marketing  I was an opportunity seeker.   I filed out all kinds of online forms to get more information about home based businesses , make more money  etc.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I filed out so much crap that  everyday my inbox got flooded with junk mail. It was so bad I had to change my email address. Here is the funny part, You would think with all that stuff I attached my phone number to, my phone would be ringing off the hook with networkers.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Strange but True&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Not a single call until almost 2 years later. Then the calls started pouring in.  People from all types of companies. Some of them Claimed they just purchased my name as a phone verified lead. Some said that I was a new lead only a day old or less.  I even had a lady call me who said my lead was generated for her specific company.  Her company had been in business less than 6 months.  Yeah I heard it all.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">What makes it really funny is when I asked all of those pour networker who got ripped off what e-mail address they had for me, they replied with&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; Yep you guessed it. My old  e-mail address that didn&#8217;t even exist anymore.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I knew right then why all the cold leads I had been buying and calling,  SUCKED!  I Had no idea    where those leads I bought came from. I was just taking the word of companies who sold them to me.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Just like the networkers who bought my old name and number  and was told it was new. I  was probably being lied to about some of the leads I had bought.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I vowed right then and there to never call cold leads again.  I knew I had to find out the well kept secret to never running out of lead.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">See when you buy cold leads you don&#8217;t own that list. Someone else does. They can do whatever they want with that list.  Most times they take that lead and sell them over and over again. So by the time you buy that lead they have already been called hundreds of times by other networker marketers just like you.</p>

Their upline is not supportive doesn’t help them and left them to figure things out for themselves.<br />
Or your upline is purely still stuck in the stone age when it comes to marketing.</p>
<p>The cold leads they call don’t answer they phone or they are just plain rude when they do answer.<br />
Warm market, friends and family don’t return your calls and they don’t want to talk to you for fear that your going to pitch them again.</p>
